TVS Credit’s flagship employer branding initiative, E.P.I.C Campus Challenge that concluded a 5th Season recently witnessed 96,000 registerations, marking a growth of over 100% from the previous year. Renowned institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, XLRI Jamshedpur, JBIMS Mumbai, IIFT Delhi, SVKM’s NMIMS University Mumbai,  IIT Kharagpur and others participated in this season.

E.P.I.C Campus Challenge Season 5 not only set new records but also introduced several exciting components to its programme. This season, TVS Credit collaborated with over 4,200 colleges and achieved a reach of 5,00,000+ through social media. Additionally, the competition provided a unique platform for participants to showcase their skills through challenges across IT, Strategy, Finance and Analytics. The competition unfolded through multiple rounds, comprising MCQ tests, online hackathons, case study submissions, masterclass sessions by TVS Credit Leaders and a grand finale where shortlisted teams presented innovative solutions to a distinguished jury panel. This year, E.P.I.C offered prizes of up to Rs. 10 Lakhs, along with placement opportunities.

Charandeep Singh, Chief Marketing Officer at TVS Credit, said, “The E.P.I.C Campus Challenge has truly emerged as a powerful conduit for engaging top-tier talent. E.P.I.C is aligned with our company’s overarching ethos, which emphasises a growth mindset and innovation. This year, we brought about a transformation in branding and communication for this initiative, and we are delighted to see the growth in participation.”

In a statement, a finalist from the last season commented, “The E.P.I.C Analytics Challenge provided me with a chance to implement theoretical knowledge into practical application. It enriched my views on how analytical concepts and methods can be implemented in real-world problems. Participating in the TVS Credit E.P.I.C Challenge not only helped me to improve my skills but also helped me to land a job at TVS Credit.”

The E.P.I.C Campus Challenge team remains committed to fostering talent development in the seasons ahead, building on the extraordinary success of Season 5.
