TEDx Gateway and the Government of Maharashtra is hosting a special edition TEDx Gateway Countdown 2021 on 31st October 2021, 4 pm onwards. This event is a first of its kind virtual event and a global initiative to champion and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis and turning ideas into action. This year, the event will bring together an array of over 40 speakers from across the world including Aaditya Thackeray (Minister of Tourism, Environment and Protocol, Government of Maharashtra), Dia Mirza (Actor and Climate change crusader), Rajiv Kumar (Vice-Chairman, Niti Aayog), Sumant Sinha (Founder, Chairman & CEO Renew Power), Al Gore (Nobel Laureate), among others.
The event will also see a host representation from academia speaking on various aspects of climate change.
