Vivekanand Education Society’s Arts, Science & Commerce College has announced the launch of two new undergraduate programs, B.Com. in International Accounting integrated with ACCA and B.Com. in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), an Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP) starting from the academic year 2026-27. These three-year degree programs are strategically designed to provide students with industry-relevant expertise, global perspectives, and practical skill sets that align with the rapidly evolving demands of today’s competitive financial and business landscape.
The B.Com. (International Accounting) program, developed in collaboration with FPA Edutech Pvt. Ltd., is aligned with the ACCA framework and offers up to nine paper exemptions. It equips students with expertise in global accounting, financial management, auditing, and taxation, while providing over 650 hours of expert-led training, LMS access, mock tests, AI-powered tools, mentorship, and academic support, enabling pathways to international career opportunities.
B.Com. (BFSI) program, an apprenticeship-embedded course developed in collaboration with the BFSI Skill Council, focuses on building a strong foundation in banking, finance, and insurance over the first two years, followed by a mandatory internship with stipend in the third year. Additionally, students will earn certifications from the National Skill Development Council (NSDC) each semester, enhancing their employability and industry readiness.
