Kraftshala, a skilling platform has launched a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Sales and Business Leadership, aimed at advancing careers in top-tier FMCG and B2B SaaS sales roles.
The PGP in Sales and Business Leadership is an 8-month, full-time, online program that integrates real-world projects and coaching from industry experts, resulting in successful outcomes for students. It offers a comprehensive learning experience built on four core pillars: Learning, Projects, Outcomes, and Community.
Participants engage in LIVE projects, including a 100-hour immersion into a Sales Manager’s role with Nestlé and another 100-hour in-depth exploration of the B2B sales process with companies like Turbohire. The course also includes a Practice School component, providing internships and traineeships with organizations to ensure practical application of skills and enhance employability.
To build the core sales muscle, students are carrying out actual sales as a part of the program through various projects including supporting a street vendor for 3 hours, an exercise that led to the pilot batch collectively raising Rs, 28,835. Students were also mapped to B2C companies like LIC, Kraftshala, TryKiya, School of Leadership, etc. where they had to apply and further hone their persuasion skills by understanding customer needs and convincing them to buy/consider the product/service mapped to them. Students collectively spoke to 2,524 cold leads, generating Rs. 26 Lakhs in revenue.
Speaking about this, Varun Satia, Founder & CEO, Kraftshala, said, ” Sales is a career that offers exponential growth in skills and money for the right talent. Our goal with the PGP in Sales and Business Leadership is to ensure students get into the trenches and are ready to deliver from Day 1 in the organizations we place them in. We strongly believe that the goal of any education is to improve career outcomes tangibly and so like all Kraftshala programs, this also comes with a placement accountability, where we refund 60% of the fee if the job package is below ₹7.5L.”
The admission process is streamlined into three steps: an online application, an interview with the admissions panel, and a final admission decision within seven days of the interview. The program is open for graduates across all streams, final-year students, and candidates with up to 4 years of work experience.
Applications for the 2025 batch, which starts in January, are now open. For more information and to apply, visit www.kraftshala.com
