The Udayan School of Social Leadership (USSL), Pune has announced the launch of its flagship programme, “Udaan Venture Launchpad”, a 15-day intensive entrepreneurship challenge designed for students who have recently completed Grade 10 or Grade 12. The programme will be conducted in Pune, bringing together aspiring young innovators in a collaborative environment designed to foster creativity, problem-solving and leadership.
Scheduled to commence from 15th April 2026, the programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application by enabling students to build and validate business ideas from scratch.
The initiative is being offered completely free of cost, ensuring accessibility to motivated students regardless of background. With a limited cohort of only 15 students, the programme ensures personalized mentorship, focused learning and high-impact outcomes.
Udaan is a fully immersive, action-based experience where participants will engage in:
• Ideating and validating real business concepts
• Learning the fundamentals of fundraising and pitching
• Building and launching ventures through real-life challenges
• Competing for recognition and exciting rewards

Students who have recently completed Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Academic results are not required)
