The third season of EY Techathon is encouraging students from across disciplines to develop novel solutions in the Metaverse. The models envisioned and created as part of this one-of-a-kind technology challenge will enable businesses and organizations to explore Metaverse use cases.
Students will get the chance to use cutting-edge technology to address real-world issues during this 16-week challenge. They will be able to build virtual ecosystems and replicate real-world experiences to tackle new problems in engineering, entertainment, and healthcare.
Apart from the novelty and innovation, the students will also be scored based on their scope of the problem covered in the solution, design framework and use of technology, end-user benefit and impact of the solution.
The registrations are open till 20 October 2022 and the participating students can submit the entries till 5 November 2022. Along the way, students will also get the opportunity to interact with subject-matter experts and learn the ways to apply new digital paradigms to problem-solving. The winner(s) will receive cash prizes, the opportunity to be mentored by EY leadership, an internship with EY’s Technology Consulting team and national-level recognition.
Mahesh Makhija, Technology Consulting Leader, EY India said, “Metaverse continues to rapidly gain traction in the business world.
