Aakash Institute’s North Kolkata (Phoolbagan) centre felicitated students who excelled in various academic and skill-based activities during its Summer Camp Programme 2026. The programme introduced participants to emerging areas of science, technology, innovation and skill development through hands-on, engaging learning experiences.
Designed to foster curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills among young learners, the camp recognised students who demonstrated exceptional talent, active participation and outstanding performance across different activities.
The prize distribution ceremony was attended by students, parents and faculty members. Among those present were Radheshyam Thakur, State Head (JEE); Mohit Agarwal, Head of Foundation Programmes; Vikas Gupta, Academic Head (NEET); Brijesh Kumar, Head of Mathematics; Pramita Roy Chowdhury, Faculty of Zoology; Olibarna Chanda, Faculty of Botany; and Jayita Kanjilal, Faculty of Chemistry.
The event also featured a motivational session by Dr Prachi Mittal (MBBS, MS – General Surgery), who encouraged students to cultivate discipline, perseverance and a focused approach towards their academic goals. She emphasised that consistent effort and determination are key to achieving long-term success.
The programme concluded with the presentation of awards and certificates to the deserving students.
