As part of commemoration of the 125th anniversary of MIT’s venerable founder, Dr. TMA Pai, The Manipal Institute of Technology’s TechTatva’23 this year has more value. TechTatva’23 held on Oct 17 under the theme “Catalyzing Evolution” highlighted the transformative power of technology and its significant impact on our world. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, was the chief guest.
Cdr. Dr. Anil Rana, Director of MIT, addressed the gathering, highlighting the institute’s vision and commitment to fostering an environment of innovation. Furthermore, the convenors of TechTatva’23, Vinamra Chaudhary and Manaswi Jadav, shared insights into their vision for the fest, emphasizing the confluence of ideas and evolution. The event’s pinnacle was the official opening of TechTatva’23 by Shri. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, symbolizing the onset of a myriad of events, workshops, and competitions, each steering towards technological advancements.

In his riveting speech union minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar said, “The energy, originality, and intelligence that permeate this institute are inspiring. Events like this aim to inspire invention, promote teamwork, and get the next generation of engineers and innovators ready to take on the issues of the future, not only to display technical superiority.I urge each and every one of you to keep discovering, studying, and coming up with new ideas. Never stop asking questions, trying new things, and getting better. Accept failure as a stepping stone to achievement.”
