ย The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) invites applications for its one-year Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling (2027). The programme aims to enhance the skills and competencies of teachers, teacher educators, school administrators and guidance personnel to support studentsโ academic, socio-emotional and holistic development.

– Duration: One year (JanuaryโDecember 2027)
– Mode: Distance learning, face-to-face contact programme and internship
– Study Centres: DEPFะ, NCERT, New Delhi, and Regional Institutes of Education at Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysuru and Shillong
– Maximum Seats: 50 per centre – Government-deputed candidates will be given preference.
