The International Kaushal Mahotsav  is being organised in a phased manner and includes several crucial aspects for the holistic development of the candidates including counselling, free screening, motivational sessions, candidate and employee registrations, language testing, trade testing, and mapping of prospective candidates for the program. And then, international recruiters from several countries who are participating in the NSDC International and LTSU organized job fair will shortlist their candidates.

The mega international recruitment drive will witness participation from international employers from USA, Canada, UK, Europe, GCC, Western and South Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and East and South Asia to provide different job roles listed on the portal in sectors like automation, logistics, production, electronics, apparel, tourism, Healthcare, retail, hospitality, facility management, construction, Food & Beverage, Marine, Agriculture & Horticulture and more.

To apply for the job, candidates will have to go through multiple rounds, including preliminary, final, and closing ceremony, to receive a job offer letter on the spot. Post the selection, the candidates will also be supported with a pre-departure training.
