Macquarie University, Australia has announced a strategic partnership with Chitkara University, Punjab, under which the two will offer articulation for engineering program. The articulation option covers all engineering disciplines, including Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Software Engineering.
The Collaboration Agreement between Macquarie University and Chitkara University will support student mobility under pathways, semester exchange and Inbound as well as Outbound mobility.
The program is designed to provide students with access to Macquarie University’s advanced research ecosystem and strong industry linkages in Australia, while building a robust academic foundation in India. Graduates will benefit from international exposure, cross-cultural competencies, and industry-relevant technical expertise, positioning them for global career opportunities in engineering and technology sectors.
Commenting on the collaboration, Prof. Samuel Mueller, Executive Dean, Faculty of Science & Engineering at Macquarie University, said, “We believe that students who experience both academic environments will emerge more adaptable, innovative, and industry-ready.
