Representatives from over 40 leading international universities at the Global UniExplore Fair 2026 at Global Indian International School (GIIS), Ahmedabad, campus, came together to provide insights into global higher education pathways, emerging study destinations, and career opportunities, enabling students to make informed academic choices.
The day began with an expert-led informative session on “Emerging Destinations in Study Abroad” for registered students and parents. The session covered opportunities across Japan, France, Hong Kong, Europe, and Scotland, helping attendees understand diverse global pathways and make more informed decisions about their future.
The UniExplore Fair on April 19 witnessed a footfall of over 1150 attendees, including 1100+ students and 50+ parents from Grades 9 to 12. Participating institutions such as the University of Tokyo, the University of Dundee, and the University of York, among others, provided insights into academic programmes, admission processes, scholarships, and career pathways.
Students interacted directly with university representatives through one-on-one discussions, exploring disciplines including Engineering, Medicine, Design, Architecture, Business, Economics, Psychology, and Aerospace. Parents valued the opportunity to gain clarity on admissions, timelines, and financial planning. The event concluded with a networking lunch session, fostering engagement between university delegates and the GIIS Ahmedabad leadership team.
