XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the launch of Batch 04 of its Executive Development Programme in Digital HR Transformation and AI-Driven HR Analytics, aimed at preparing HR leaders for the rapidly evolving, technology-driven future of work.
The ten-month hybrid programme, delivered through live online sessions and campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur, offers a structured and practice-oriented learning experience.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a Certificate of Completion from XLRI Jamshedpur and gain Executive Education Alumni status.
