XLRI Delhi-NCR celebrated its Annual Management and Cultural Fest, Nova Exilaro 4.0, with unparalleled enthusiasm and grandeur. Organized by the Nova Exilaro Core Team (NEXT), composed of motivated students led by final-year PGDBM students, the event epitomized the institution’s tradition of excellence and innovation. Over three vibrant days, the fest brought together participants and audiences from leading B-schools across India, offering a rich tapestry of management challenges, cultural extravaganzas, and captivating performances that showcased XLRI’s unique blend of academic rigor and creative brilliance.

On asking about the event to Fr. Dr. K S Casimir, Director, XLRI Delhi-NCR, enthusiastically said, “Nova Exilaro 4.0 is a testament to the vibrant spirit of XLRI, where academic excellence seamlessly blends with cultural celebration. This fest not only showcases the immense talent and creativity of our students but also reinforces the values of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation that define XLRI. It is heartening to witness our campus come alive with energy, camaraderie, and the pursuit of holistic development. I extend my congratulations to the Nova Exilaro Core Team and everyone who contributed to making this event a grand success.”

Nova Exilaro 4.0 commenced with pre-fest case competitions hosted on Unstop, attracting over 1L+ impressions and 5K+ registrations across six management domains, organized in collaboration with XLRI Delhi-NCR’s co-curricular committees. The main event featured a diverse range of experiences, blending nostalgia with innovation. Highlights included a soul-stirring performance by the founding members of Bodhi Tree, XLRI Jamshedpur’s legendary band from the Class of 2006, who planted a symbolic sapling on campus, paying homage to the iconic Bodhi Tree at the Jamshedpur campus. Unique events like Puppy Yoga, organized by Sigma-Oikos Delhi-NCR, offered participants a refreshing escape, while Maelstrom, hosted by XLANC, thrilled attendees with activities such as paintball, bull riding, human foosball, and zorbing.

Evenings at Nova Exilaro 4.0 were transformed into vibrant celebrations with performances by renowned artists. The Yellow Diary, a prominent Indian rock band, delivered a spellbinding performance, while Bollywood playback sensation Amit Mishra captivated the audience with his chart-topping hits. The festivities culminated in high-energy DJ sets by Tracer and Carnivore, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Beyond the entertainment, the event fostered a spirit of inclusivity and creativity, evident in activities like Splash, a tie-dye workshop organized by IDEA, promoting diversity and self-expression. Nova Exilaro 4.0 stood as a testament to XLRI’s commitment to nurturing holistic development, inspiring innovation, and fostering community spirit. As the curtains close on this year’s edition, XLRI Delhi-NCR eagerly looks forward to raising the bar even higher with Nova Exilaro 5.0.
