XIM University is now accepting applications for its prestigious MBA (two-year full-time) programs, MMS in Business Finance Program, and Executive MBA-BM (one-year full-time course for working executives) programs for the academic year 2025-26. Eligibility and Application Process
For the MBA/MMS-BF programs, candidates must hold a three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Applicants expecting to complete their final degree examinations by June 15, 2025, are eligible to apply, subject to meeting all requirements by the specified date.
The Executive MBA program requires candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and a minimum of three years of experience in an executive capacity as of July 1, 2025. Self-employed individuals with at least five years of experience after obtaining their qualifying degree are also considered. The candidate must also submit a Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer for pursuing this course.
Admissions to these programs are based on performance in one of the following entrance exams: XAT (to be conducted on January 5, 2025), CAT (to be held on November 24, 2024), GMAT (conducted in 2023 or 2024), XGMT (XIM General Management Test, scheduled for January 25, 2025) or NMAT [for selected programs] (scheduled for December 20, 2024). Candidates are required to register for their chosen entrance exam separately, in addition to completing the XIM University’s application process.

Applicants must fill out XIM University’s online application form at https://xim.edu.in/. After submission and payment, an email confirmation will be sent.
Please note that the applicants must also submit the CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT ID(s) (whichever is applicable) while filling up the online application form of XIM University. The scores of the candidates will be directly obtained from the test-conducting agencies/authorities.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on section-wise and overall cut-offs for WAT, GD, and PI. The process details will be shared later. Final selection will consider test scores, WAT, GD, PI, academic record, and work experience. Results will be communicated by April 2025.
