TERI School of Advanced Studies (Deemed University), New Delhi has launched an online Senior Management Programme in CSR and Sustainable Development in India. This intensive programme is designed to equip seasoned professionals with the knowledge and skills to integrate sustainability and CSR principles into their organisational strategies, operations and decision-making.

The programme, accessible via the VCNow platform, includes 6 months of live online classes and a 3-day Campus Immersion. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and Executive Alumni Status.

The Institute has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VCNow (Unified Collaboration Services LLP) to facilitate the seamless delivery of this first-ever live-online programme and other programmes from TERI for a three-year period. This strategic collaboration marks a milestone in the institution’s commitment to providing high-quality education accessible to working professionals in the critical domains of CSR and Sustainable Development, empowering a diverse cohort of learners to drive positive change in the world.

Through a comprehensive curriculum encompassing sustainability concepts, CSR frameworks, stakeholder engagement, sustainable business practices and impact assessment, this 6-month programme will empower participants with strategic knowledge, leadership skills and ethical perspectives to drive impactful sustainability initiatives within organisations.

Prof. Arun Kansal, Vice Chancellor, TERI School of Advanced Studies, said, “This programme bridges the gap between knowledge and action on CSR & Sustainability. TERI SAS’ commitment to empowering leaders makes this programme a valuable resource for individuals seeking to integrate sustainability into their core organisational strategies.” Emphasising the need to take this programme online, he explained, “By leveraging the online mode of education delivery, we can facilitate greater engagement and participation in driving the sustainable development agenda of the Government of India.”

Participants will learn through case studies, peer interactions, guest speakers, group discussions and practical exercises. This hands-on approach provides real-world experience in CSR and Sustainable Development.

Pulak Pattanayak, Co-founder and Director of VCNow (Unified Collaboration Services LLP) added, “We are thrilled and grateful to collaborate with TERI School of Advanced Studies on their inaugural online programme, contributing to education and the environment. Through our advanced direct-to-device learning platform, we aim to create a dynamic and immersive educational experience that transcends geographical boundaries, enabling participants from diverse backgrounds to access and benefit from this crucial programme focused on CSR and Sustainable Development.”
