Crack Academy successfully conducted another career counselling session at Akal Degree College, Mastuana (District Sangrur), offering valuable insights to the students about their future career paths. The session gathered a footfall of over 400 students, where a lineup of esteemed professionals and motivational leaders as speakers engaged with the students.

The session included the prestigious presence of Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, Rishi Bhargava, Co-Founder of Crack Academy, Prof. S. Jaswant Singh, Secretary of Academic Council Mastuana Sahib, Mr. Palwinder Singh Cheema, SP, Special Branch Sangrur, and Dr. Madhu Sharma, Career Counselling Coordinator. Each speaker touched upon essential career strategies, the evolving job market, and the importance of aligning passion with professional pursuits.

During the session, Mr. Palwinder Singh Cheema, SP, Special Branch Sangrur, delivered a special motivational address that captivated the students. His empowering words encouraged students to be resilient, pursue their dreams, and overcome challenges with determination. “The key is to stay determined, learn from your experiences, and keep moving forward. Every student possesses potential; if you remain resilient and motivated, nothing can stop you from achieving greatness,” he added.

Speaking at the session, Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, expressed, “The right set of career guidance is not just about choosing the right education but also about identifying the right opportunities. As we host this career counselling session, we aim to offer consistent support to every student in tier 2 and 3 cities and present opportunities to learn and grow.”

Rishi Bhargava, Co-Founder of Crack Academy, added, “Passion, coupled with perseverance, is the driving force behind success. Today is an opportunity for every student to take something valuable from this career counselling session and step in the right direction with a strong and growing mindset.”

Dr. Madhu Sharma, Career counselling coordinator, also encouraged students, highlighting how a successful career is built on passion and perseverance. “Success isn’t just about achieving your goals; it’s about enjoying the process and having a positive approach towards life”, she added.

The interactive Question & Answer session gave students the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers, asking questions on various career-related topics. Baldeep Kaur, a student from the college expressed, “The session was truly eye-opening; it gave me clarity on my career path and inspired me to chase my dreams with confidence.”
