École Ducasse India at Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) has entered into a strategic partnership with Robot Coupe, the French professional kitchen equipment brand, to deepen culinary training, student exposure, and HoReCa industry engagement in India.
The partnership brings Robot Coupe into the learning environment at École Ducasse India at ISH through professional equipment, immersive student learning sessions, chef demonstrations, product training, masterclasses, and professional development programs for the wider hospitality and culinary industry.
As part of the collaboration, Robot Coupe products will be integrated into training across demo, pastry, and continental kitchens at ISH. The partnership also includes dedicated training support, quarterly student demonstrations, industry facing engagements, and periodic upgrades with new models.
Speaking on the association, Kunal Vasudeva, Co Founder and Managing Director, Indian School of Hospitality, said:
“Meaningful institutions are built when industry enters the learning process itself. This partnership with Robot Coupe is important because it brings professional systems, demonstrations, product knowledge, and industry rhythm directly into the student journey.
At ISH, we already invest deeply in infrastructure and academic quality. The larger point here is different. When a global professional kitchen brand chooses to participate in how students learn and how chefs engage, it strengthens the whole ecosystem around culinary education in India.”
