Novatr, a tech platform in upskilling for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector, is set to host an insightful online masterclass titled “Cost, Time, and Resource Management with BIM” on 25th August 2025, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
Aimed at transforming project delivery across the AEC industry, the session will focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM), focusing on 4D, 5D, and resource-based workflows.
Mr Prasad Deosarkar, currently working as a BIM | VDC at APTIV8 and a mentor at Novatr, will lead the masterclass. With extensive experience in developing and deploying BIM models for large-scale infrastructure projects, he brings a wealth of knowledge in leveraging technology to overcome traditional project challenges.
Participants will gain practical insights into exploring the latest advancements in BIM and gain clarity on how 4D, 5D, and resource-based BIM workflows are being applied in real projects to reduce delays, control costs, and improve coordination. The masterclass promises hands-on perspectives on advanced tools such as Synchro, Navisworks, CostX, and Novade, all demonstrated through relevant case studies in infrastructure, residential, and public sector projects.
