Under the three-year partnership, the initiative aims to skill one lakh youth across Rajasthan with industry-relevant competencies aligned to current and emerging workforce needs. The collaboration is aligned with the Rajasthan Skill Development Policy 2025, which focuses on preparing the state’s workforce for global competitiveness through reskilling and upskilling, and the Rajasthan Youth Policy 2025, which seeks to harness the potential of the state’s 28% youth population through skill enhancement, social entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
