The Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts (IBCA) has launched a unique 8 weeks Baker’s Expedite Bakery Eggless Course. The objective of this Course is to refine participants’ skills in creating delectable baked goods without the use of eggs including cakes, different types of bread, delicious tarts & pies, chocolates, puff pastries, and cookies.
This two-month course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of egg substitutes, alternative techniques, and the science behind eggless baking, ensuring consistent and exceptional results in their creations. After joining this course students will have the assistance of a skilled & proficient team of chef instructors, they’ll be able to quickly rectify your errors and assist you in learning.
The course is open to all individuals who have a passion for baking and a desire to learn about it, and 14th August is the last date for submission of applications.
