Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on July 4 organized an international conference titled ‘AIM-PEACE: AI in Management for People, Ethics, Accountability, Collaboration & Enterprise’ to deliberate on the contemporary debate around AI. One of the major highlights was the release of the Conference Souvenir and the latest issue of the Institute’s research journal.

Delivering the inaugural and theme address, Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Education Society, emphasized that Artificial Intelligence must evolve as a force that augments human intelligence rather than replacing it. He added: “As AI becomes pervasive, the question before us is what roles human, particularly leaders, would play. The new-age leadership should focus on and empower the aspects of societal and organizational growth captured in the theme of this conference, that is: People, Ethics, Accountability, Collaboration and Enterprise. Such leadership will help global organizations grow and will drive India’s progress towards becoming the developed nation by 2047.”

The inaugural session featured keynotes by conference Prof. Vishal Talwar, Chief Operating Officer, University of Southampton, Dr. Pramod Kumar, VP Tech Mahindra and Mr. Paramjit Singh Gill, Chief Executive Officer, Globus Spirits.

In his address, Prof Talwar said that critical thinking and human responsibility will remain central even as machines may no longer need humans. He said that repetitive parts of job roles will go to AI as machines can do it better than humans. In context of India, he said that the decade-long narrative around demographic dividend and its advantage needs to be revisited because with tech being all pervasive and capability of AI beyond doubt, smaller, meaner and leaner could emerge as a sustainable option as most organizations are globally aligned today. “What are we going about this tiger AI, is critical for our future?” He added that middle skillsets remain the most vulnerable and need to adapt for future job roles.

Dr. Pramod Kumar, an accomplished technology leader with extensive industry experience, shared valuable insights on the evolving AI landscape. He spoke about the enabling ecosystem with the country from AI Mission to startups. He added that differentiator, smart solutions rule the roost. Training and innovation are necessary for survival and skilling in niche technologies. “Celebrate failures, think beyond and become a differentiator. Possibilities are immense,” he added.

Paramjit Singh Gill spoke about accelerated change that tech has brought about. “The change is around as long as human has been there. Now the pace has changed. We have to learn how to step back and ask the question—does it make sense? Enterprise, collaborations and trust are still human domains and will remain so,” he said. The friction between governance and innovation is fundamental the former being rigid and the later breaching those rigidities and if heart and soul are ethical in both, then this friction coverages in the model.  There are more positives than concerns.

The conference featured four thematic technical sessions, conducted in both offline and online modes, covering emerging areas including Future of Work: Human-AI Collaboration in HR Practices, Reimagining Marketing in the Age of AI, AI in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Finance & Investment Strategies. The sessions were chaired by eminent academicians and researchers from leading national and international institutions, facilitating meaningful discussions on responsible AI adoption, ESG integration, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable management practices.

Researchers from universities and institutions across India and several countries presented their work on contemporary issues such as AI-enabled decision-making, human-AI collaboration, ethical governance, sustainable finance, AI-driven marketing, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, workforce analytics, and ESG-focused business strategies. The conference provided an excellent platform for interdisciplinary knowledge sharing, networking, and collaborative research.

The conference concluded with the Valedictory Session, marking the successful culmination of a day filled with insightful deliberations, high-quality research presentations, international academic engagement, and meaningful discussions on the future of AI-enabled management.

The event also reaffirmed Jaipuria Institute of Management’s vision of becoming a globally recognized institution that promotes innovation, academic excellence, and socially responsible leadership. Through AIM-PEACE 2026, the Institute reinforced its commitment to fostering dialogue on Artificial Intelligence that is not only technologically advanced but also ethical, inclusive, and human-centric.

Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, expressed gratitude to all distinguished speakers, delegates, reviewers, authors, organizing committee members, and participants for making the conference a grand success.
