JAIN Online, the e-learning arm of JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University), has launched its Online Master of Computer Applications program in Artificial Intelligence. This new program is designed to provide learners with a thorough understanding of AI concepts and their real-world applications.
The program spans four semesters and covers a wide range of subjects, including data communication and computer networks, data structures with algorithms, Java programming, foundations of machine learning, prediction using machine learning, advanced web technologies, big data management and analytics, and advanced machine learning.
While explaining the program’s significance, Dr. Raj Singh, Vice-Chancellor of JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University) said, “The Online MCA in Artificial Intelligence is essential as it will provide learners with advanced technical knowledge. AI is transforming industries across the globe, and this program will equip learners with the skills to build intelligent systems, analyze large datasets, and develop innovative solutions. It is not just about learning AI, but applying it to real-world challenges to allow graduates to become valuable assets in today’s rapidly evolving AI space”.
The program curriculum includes a master’s thesis on selected topics and a final-semester project. Additionally, learners can choose from various cross-functional electives in their final semester, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, human-computer interaction, and business intelligence & analytics.
Learners will benefit from a fully online format with weekend classes, making it easier for them to study at their own pace. A structured teaching-learning evaluation plan will monitor the progress of learners. Besides this, micro-lessons have been included to simplify complex AI concepts. Learners will have the opportunity to develop practical skills through access to a virtual lab during the course. In addition to recorded sessions, learners will have access to essential study materials, including e-books on AI written by JAIN Online’s experienced faculty.
