IIM Kozhikode has joined hands with Simplilearn to launch a Professional Certificate Programme in AI-Powered Product Development and Innovation. The 10-month-long programme is led by distinguished IIM Kozhikode faculty, with over 120 hours of live online learning covering the end-to-end AI product lifecycle. The curriculum includes developing, deploying, and scaling AI-powered products, with a strong focus on generative AI, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and ethical AI practices. The modules blend core product strategy with real-world implementation through case studies, hands-on projects, and a capstone project.
With 69% of organizations integrating AI into product workflows for decision-making and reporting, there’s a growing need for professionals who can lead this transformation. The course is reflective of this demand and prepares professionals to manage the full AI product lifecycle, from ideation and data strategy to scaling. The modules include crucial learnings in the view of the current trends, such as data governance and ethical AI practices, which will help professionals to align AI solutions with business goals.
