The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, in collaboration with the Earl V. Snyder Innovation Management Center, Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University, New York, USA, is set to organise the 3rd International Conference on Business & Management (ICBM 2026) from 12th to 14th June 2026 at the IIM Kashipur campus.
Centered around the theme “Driving Innovation, Digital Transformation, Resilience, and AI,” the conference aims to provide a global platform for academicians, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, doctoral scholars, and professionals to deliberate upon emerging developments shaping the future of business, management, technology, and society.
Organised under the broader vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047,” the conference seeks to foster meaningful discussions on innovation-led growth, digital transformation, sustainability, resilience, and the responsible integration of Artificial Intelligence across industries and institutions. The conference will explore how emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and the Metaverse are transforming businesses, governance systems, manufacturing ecosystems, customer engagement, and the future of work.
ICBM 2026 will feature keynote sessions, research paper presentations, panel discussions, and academic deliberations across diverse domains of management and technology. The conference will host distinguished keynote speakers including Prof. Anil Gupta, Padma Shri awardee and Distinguished Retired Professor, IIM Ahmedabad; Prof. Venkatesh (Venky) Shankar, Professor, Southern Methodist University, USA; Prof. Frank T. Piller, Professor of Management and Co-Director, RWTH Aachen University, Germany; Prof. Satish Nambisan, Professor and Department Chair, Case Western Reserve University, USA; Prof. Ankur Sinha, Professor, IIM Ahmedabad; Prof. K. The conference will focus on four major thematic areas including Atma Nirbhar Bharat and global competitiveness, innovation and infrastructure, digital transformation across sectors, and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on economy, human resources, finance, marketing, and governance. Discussions will also cover topics such as smart manufacturing, semiconductors, Industry 5.0, fintech, cybersecurity, AI-enabled governance, digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and responsible AI implementation.
