HSBC India has announced the 12th edition of its flagship India Business Case Programme (IBCP) 2025-26, aimed at enhancing employability among India’s undergraduate students by bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry requirements.
Implemented by United Way of Mumbai and Sattva Consulting, IBCP offers a hybrid learning experience through e-learning, workshops, mentorship from industry leaders, and interactions with C-suite executives. Top-performing teams will get the opportunity to represent India at the HSBC–University of Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Business Case Programme.
What’s New in 2025-26:
- AI-Enabled Evaluation: For the first time, participant performance will be assessed via an AI-powered platform, scoring both technical and soft skills.
In 2024-25, the programme saw nearly 8,000 registrations from 158 colleges nationwide. This year, HSBC aims to expand participation further, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
Registrations are open to undergraduate students (penultimate or final year) across all streams.
Students can register as a team of four via https://surveys.sattva.co.in/zs/kmDp5l or reach out to ibcp.registrations@sattva.co.in.
