The PGPM, offered at both the Chennai and Gurgaon campuses, is designed for professionals with 2+ years of work experience. This fast-tracks, full-time one-year MBA program leverages a world-class faculty pool, peer learning from a diverse and experienced cohort, extensive industry networking, and experiential learning opportunities. The PGPM-FBE, offered exclusively at the Chennai campus, is a specialised edition of Great Lakes’ flagship one-year MBA program. Designed for the next generation of family business owners and entrepreneurs, the program is customised to equip participants with the skills and perspectives needed to innovate and grow their businesses in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
Eligibility Criteria for PGPM:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution, with a minimum of 50% throughout academics
- Applicants must have a valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/NMAT score (previous years’ scores accepted)
- Applicants should have 2+ years of work experience as of April 30, 2026

- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution, with a minimum of 50% throughout academics
- Valid CAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT score, or Great Lakes Aptitude Test (GREAT) score
- Applicants must be a part of a family business or an entrepreneur with their own registered start-up.
