Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) and Coursera have launched the Future Leader Scholar Programme – a merit-based scholarship for high-potential professionals applying to the SPJIMR PGDM Online programme.
This scholarship initiative aims to recognise individuals with the vision and capability to lead with clarity and purpose, making high-quality management education more accessible while building a strong community of future-ready changemakers. As leadership evolves in the GenAI era, professionals must combine technological acumen with core human skills such as strategic thinking, adaptability, empathy, and influence. These capabilities remain irreplaceable in an AI-driven world, helping leaders foster trust, drive collaboration, and inspire innovation.
Selected scholars will receive a scholarship covering 30% of the programme cost, along with full access to Coursera Plus (full content subscription) and mentorship from SPJIMR’s esteemed professionals and alumni. With its industry-aligned curriculum, global learning tools, and a strong emphasis on leadership development, the PGDM Online programme equips professionals to become well-rounded, future-ready leaders in an AI-powered world.
