The Badruka School of Management (BSM) in Hyderabad is pleased to announce BSM IGNITE 2025, its annual professional cross-institutional competition. Students pursuing their undergraduate or postgraduate studies and early-stage career professionals across India can participate in the competition.
In this year’s edition, BSM’s Founding Class will take the reins, leveraging the expertise of student-led clubs – Consulting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship – to curate specialised events designed to attract top talent from across India. These events will provide a national stage for participants to showcase their skills, gain recognition from industry leaders, and win cash prizes up to Rs. 1 Lakh. Notably, BSM IGNITE 2025 will be the first on-campus cross-institutional event organized and run by the Founding Class of BSM, heralding a new era of student leadership.
BSM IGNITE 2025 will commence with student registrations and on-the-spot registrations, then proceed to the Opening Ceremony, featuring a welcome address, an introduction to BSM and BSM IGNITE by Dr. Prabhu Aggarwal, and the official launch by Chief Guest Dr. Bhanu Prakash Reddy Varla. After the ceremony, the First On-Campus Round for all competitions will take place, followed by the Second On-Campus Round in the afternoon. The event will culminate in the evening with the Closing Ceremony, where Mr. SK Badruka, Honorary Secretary of the Badruka Educational Society, will share the core values that shape their educational pedagogy.

The competition will be overseen by distinguished guests, including Dr. Bhanu Prakash Reddy Varla, Vice President Global Marketing and Trustee Member, IIM Bangalore and Chief Strategy Officer, Khelo App; Sandeep Gummadi, Co-Founder, DataOrbit AI and Former Co-Founder and CEO, Chug App; Dr. Prabhu Aggarwal, Founding Dean of Badruka School of Management, Hyderabad, and former Vice Chancellor of OP Jindal University and Bennett University; Raunak Sinha, Freelance Consultant and former Associate Vice President at EY-Parthenon; and Nidhi Reddy, Founding Senior Partner at Jetri and Senior Advisor at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management.
The 2024 edition of BSM IGNITE witnessed over 500 registrations within a single month, featuring the top 10 teams selected through a rigorous three-round evaluation process. The winners and runners-up were awarded Rs. 1 Lakh and Rs. 50,000, respectively.
