BITS School of Management (BITSoM), the Mumbai-based business school under the aegis of BITS Pilani, has announced admissions open for its two-year residential MBA, commencing June 2026. BITSoM has increased its 2026 intake from 160 to 240 seats for the upcoming academic year, reflecting growing application numbers since the programme’s launch. This will be the sixth cohort of the flagship MBA programme.
Admissions Process
Admissions are based on a comprehensive evaluation of standardised test scores (CAT, GMAT, or GRE – any one is required), academic records, extracurricular and co-curricular achievements, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong communication skills. The school is committed to building a diverse class across gender, academic backgrounds, work experience, and interests.
Work experience is not mandatory and BITSoM encourages applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. Applicants must hold a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited Indian institution or international university or be in their final year of study. The application process is entirely online, and the Round 1 deadline on November 16, 2025.
