The two-year, full-time, paid teaching fellowship program is a call to become part of a nationwide movement of leaders working towards the day every child in India receives an excellent and equitable education. The 2 years give Fellows an opportunity to understand and explore ways to navigate the country’s deepest inequities in the education landscape, and a chance to work alongside students, partners, and key influencers to drive real change.
The selected cohort is supported with extensive training and knowledge by experts to deliver high-quality, holistic education to children studying in low-income schools. Fellows are placed in schools in one of the 9 cities to teach, mentor and develop students, equipping them with the skills and confidence to shape their own futures.
Each year the Fellowship recruits ~ 600 extraordinary candidates from a diverse pool of talent across 500+ colleges and 300+ companies. The Fellowship application process is rigorous and thoughtfully designed to identify and bring forward India’s brightest and most promising individuals to this movement.
