Veranda Learning, a listed company offering end-to-end solutions in the education space, has launched the Veranda Learning Scholarship Kind Circle, a purpose-driven initiative aimed at supporting deserving students pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) programmes at J.K. Shah Classes.
Veranda Learning Scholarship Kind Circle program is powered by Buddy4Study, India’s largest scholarship platform that has helped disburse Rs. 900 Crores worth of scholarships to more than 1.7 Lakh students funded by 200+ partners. Veranda Learning’s scholarship program joins Buddy4Study’s mission to ensure that no deserving student is denied education due to financial barriers.
Buddy4Study now enables the Veranda Learning community, including partners, employees, alumni, and well-wishers, to contribute funds, nominate deserving students, and mentor scholars. Those interested in supporting the initiative can learn more and contribute through the dedicated platform: https://www.kindcircle.org/circle/veranda-learning-scholarship-kind-circle
The programme will initially support students enrolled in CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final at J.K. Shah Classes through a structured merit-cum-means scholarship, covering coaching fees, exam and registration costs, study materials, and related academic expenses.
J.K. Shah Classes, a four-decade-old leader in commerce education, trains over 50,000 students annually across 111 centres and offers structured coaching for CA, CS, CMA, CFA, and ACCA. The institute has produced 2,072+ CA rankers and 245 CS rankers, with alumni spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and public service. The initiative ensures end-to-end transparency, with a real-time dashboard tracking donations, scholar selection, and fund disbursement. All student profiles undergo rigorous verification, and scholarships are transferred directly to verified beneficiaries.
Speaking on the launch, Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning, said, “Many talented students are forced to pause their academic aspirations due to financial challenges. The Scholarship Kind Circle enables our community to come together and support deserving CA aspirants, reinforcing our belief that quality education must be accessible to all.”
Beyond financial assistance, the programme will also encourage members of the Veranda Learning network to mentor scholars and support their professional growth. While the pilot phase focuses on CA programmes, Veranda Learning plans to expand the initiative to support students across other academic and professional courses within its ecosystem in the future.
