Building on its recently achieved milestone of reaching and positively impacting 1 Crore children across India, P&G Shiksha on March 25 launched its anthem ‘Ab Sab Jayenge School with P&G Shiksha’ as part of its continued mission to #EraseTheLearningGap. Created in partnership with JioHotstar, the anthem juxtaposes the emotional reality of learning gaps – those quiet, often unnoticed moments where a child begins to feel left behind, against the joy of learning that transforms into confidence, resilience, and progress.

For many children, a learning gap does not begin with failure—it begins with a moment. A lesson that didn’t fully make sense. A question they were too hesitant to ask. A classroom where everyone else seemed to move ahead just a little faster. Slowly, those moments add up. Curiosity turns into silence, effort turns into self-doubt, and a child who once raised their hand begins to hold back. What makes learning gaps so challenging is how easily they are missed—until they begin to shape how a child sees themselves. P&G Shiksha has been on a mission to create awareness about learning gaps – the gap between the current learning level and the expected learning level of a child. Along with this, many on ground programs continue to pave the way to #EraseTheLearningGap.

As P&G Shiksha celebrates positively impacting more than 1 crore children over 21 years, this milestone represents far more than scale; it reflects 1 Crore individual journeys where learning gaps were identified early and addressed before they could become lasting barriers. It represents children who went from avoiding the blackboard to attempting again, from sitting quietly at the back to raising their hands, from believing “I can’t” to discovering that they can. These are not just improved learning outcomes—they are restored confidence, renewed curiosity, and a second chance at believing in oneself.

The anthem features Indian actors Nakuul Mehta and Shivangi Joshi, tracing a moving emotional arc— recalling childhood moments that reflect the quiet hesitation of a child at the beginning of the song, and moving to a powerful expression of confidence and inclusion by the end. This contrast echoes memories many adults revisit when they think back to their own school days—moments of doubt that stayed with them. ‘Ab Sab Jayenge School with P&G Shiksha’ brings this journey to life, highlighting how timely support can help children move from holding back to stepping forward with belief.

P&G Shiksha hosted a commemorative event in Mumbai, bringing together voices from across the ecosystem. Through immersive and experiential sessions, the event spotlighted the importance of early identification and support in addressing learning gaps. The unveiling of ‘Ab Sab Jayenge School with P&G Shiksha’ was followed by a dialogue moderated by  Mansi Zaveri, Ceo and Founder Kidsstoppress, and featuring Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh Mehta – Co-founders, The Indian Parent Pod and Rajat Brar, Senior Director – Brand Operations, P&G India, who shared perspectives on how learning gaps often manifest as hesitation or self-doubt, and the role parents, educators, and communities play in addressing them early.

P&G Shiksha started in 2005, even before CSR laws came into effect, as an initiative to build classrooms and has today evolved into a holistic program focused on improving learning outcomes, ensuring children are not just attending school, but learning with understanding. Aligned with the National Education Policy, P&G Shiksha continues to focus on both prevention and remediation of learning gaps, reinforcing its mission to build a nation that learns without labels. It leverages partnerships and scalable models to ensure children can build strong foundational skills and progress with confidence.
