Career Mosaic, a leading international student recruitment agency for universities in the U.S., has announced a significant investment in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at enhancing STEM learning across India. The initiative includes the establishment of STEM lab infrastructure in underserved schools through its partnership with the STEM India Foundation.

Additionally, Career Mosaic is funding a comprehensive Teacher Training Program in partnership with the Vikram Sarabhai Science Centre to train teachers in traditional and under-served government schools in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana upskilling educators in new-age STEM teaching methodologies.

Career Mosaic’s partnership with the STEM India Foundation aims to establish STEM labs in underserved schools and fund a teacher training program to equip district-level educators with innovative STEM teaching tools. The Vikram Sarabhai Science Centre’s Teacher Training Program will initially train 150 teachers, with plans for expansion in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Gujarat in the 2025-26 academic year.

“We are immensely grateful to Career Mosaic for their support in strengthening teacher training and enhancing STEM education accessibility. This collaboration empowers educators and students alike, ensuring a lasting impact on the education sector. We appreciate their commitment and look forward to working together to drive meaningful change,” said Shri Dilip Surkar, Executive Director, Vikram Sarabhai Community Science Centre

Career Mosaic’s continued commitment to education is further reflected in its partnership with the Visamo Kids Foundation. This foundation works to integrate underprivileged children into mainstream schools, providing them with access to quality education, a safe environment, and the exposure necessary to assimilate into society. Through its long-term support for Visamo, Career Mosaic is helping to bridge the gap for marginalized children, offering them educational opportunities they would otherwise not have access to.

“We deeply value our partnership with Career Mosaic, whose unwavering support helps us continue our mission of empowering children through education,” stated Ami Shah – Project Supervisor at Visamo Kids Foundation. “Their investment is not just financial; it represents hope and opportunity for countless underprivileged students. We are grateful for their dedication and look forward to continuing this journey together.”

“We at STEM India Foundation are thrilled to collaborate with Career Mosaic in the mission to provide quality STEM education to underserved students. Their generous investment in setting up STEM labs and teacher training will pave the way for an innovative future where students from all backgrounds have the opportunity to excel in science and technology,” said Sudhanshu Sharma, Director-India STEM Foundation

“Our investment in these initiatives reflects our unwavering commitment to strengthening India’s education sector,” said Manisha Zaveri, Joint Managing Director, Career Mosaic. “By empowering teachers, expanding STEM education, and supporting underprivileged children, we are paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future.”
