XLRI – Xavier School of Management, one of India’s most prestigious management institutes, has officially opened admissions for two pioneering 1-year hybrid programs: Public Policy & Sustainable Leadership (PPSL) and Public Human Resources Management (PHRM). These programs have been designed in close collaboration with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, and are tailored for working professionals across sectors.
With its legacy of academic excellence spanning over 75 years, XLRI is once again at the forefront of innovation in management education—this time by bridging the critical interface between governance, leadership and public management.

- Program Duration: 1 year | Start Date: July 28, 2025

These hybrid programs blend online learning with immersive campus residencies, offering 180 hours of combined instruction that balance flexibility with academic rigor. The PPSL program features 6 modules of 30 hours each, while the PHRM program offers 3 modules of 60 hours.
