Vidyashilp Education Group (VSEG) is hosting renowned social entrepreneur, educator and author Mr. Nitesh Gor during his visit to Bengaluru between 16th and 22nd January 2026. The engagement has commenced and includes a series of interactions with students, educators, parents and leadership communities across Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp Schools and Vidyashilp University, as well as select EO and YPO forums.
His sessions, being held between 16th and 22nd January 2026, 10 AM onwards, are designed to nurture critical thinking, self-awareness, ethical leadership and emotional intelligence among young minds. The engagement aims to help students look beyond academic achievement, encouraging reflection, empathy and purpose driven action as essential life skills.
Widely recognised for his work in integrating Vedic wisdom with contemporary education, leadership and business practices, Mr. Gor’s sessions focus on themes such as universal spirituality, dharma in business, education and parenting, leadership and social change, mindful decision making, interfaith dialogue, and the relevance of Indian philosophical thought in the modern world.
Mr. Gor is the founder of the Avanti Schools in the UK, institutions known for their spiritually grounded ethos and inclusive curriculum that integrates meditation, yoga, philosophy and ethics alongside academic excellence. His professional journey spans leadership roles in investment banking and exploration, as well as pioneering initiatives that bridge spirituality with modern institutions, including a dharma based endowment fund, Dow Jones licensed indexes, a retreat and farm in England, and a chain of well being focused restaurants.
An alumnus of London Business School and the University of London, Mr. Gor was appointed Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London in 2013 and was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2018 for his services to education. He is also the author of several acclaimed works, including The 5 Minute Gita (2025), Before Religion (2025), and Dharma of Capitalism.
