Uable ‘Teens Art & Design’ finale on Jan 22

Uable (The teen superapp is organising India’s first & only Art & design festival for teens. The festival aims to celebrate, discover and challenge the best young creative talent from the fields of Crafts, Graphic Design, UI/UX and Fashion. The festival is a perfect boost for a creative career. This flagship event focuses on building Uable’s first Art & Design Collective by selecting the best entries and the Cohort will be mentored, nurtured and promoted by Uable and partner brands like The Noice Co, Mad Cap Workshops and the others. The participants stand a chance to win Graphic Tablets, Premium Art Supplies, Online Courses, and thousands of U-Coins to spend on Uable’s U-Store.

Steps to enter this festival?

  • Entry fee: Free
  • Anyone under the age of 19, with an Indian address can download the Uable app using the link https://uable.com/app/invite/4139301629893434908
  • Join the Art & Design Club
  • Submit your creation against the challenge(s)
  • Share your creation on the app

  • Jan 11th – Challenge 3
  • Jan 13th – Challenge 4
  • Jan 18th – Winners announced
  • Jan 19th -21st: Workshops for winners

Themes & Jury

The theme of the Uable Art & Design Festival would be Fashion | Interaction Design | Graphic Design & Illustration | DIY & Crafts.  Leading experts from the industry like June Beckstead (ex-VP of Design, GAP) Sushant Ajnikar (Head Of Design, Uable), Aditi Mendoza (Head Of UX, Uable), will be the jury

What’s in store for winners?

The teens can participate in 4 challenges between January 7th and 13th and the winners get to be a part of Uable’s Art & Design Collective-build their portfolio, interact and learn from expert designers and artists, get a headstart with supplies. The winners can then support newer members in the Collective and grow their audience via Uable app. On the final day of the festival (January 22nd) winners can showcase their creations and be a part of discussions like What kind of design tools to use, how one can monetize their art, Design and Change: Creating for a new age-The Gen Z aesthetic etc.
