Newton School Of Technology has announced final round of their all India NSAT (Newton Scholastic Aptitude Test), an online entrance exam, on 2nd August, 2023 for B.Tech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, in collaboration with Rishihood University.
To be eligible for NSAT, the applicants must have completed Class 12th with PCM in 2021, 2022 or 2023 from a recognised board with at least 50% marks. The application process will include paying a nominal registration fee to enrol for the upcoming NSAT exam that consists of 45 questions in English, Maths, and Logical Reasoning sections and is timed for approx. 2 hours. This will be followed by an on-campus physical interview round in 4 locations – Newton School of Technology – Rishihood University Campus in Sonipat, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Once shortlisted students have completed their interview, the admissions team will respond with their final decision. The results will be announced 2-3 days after the commencement of the interview window. Shortlisted students will fall into three categories – accepted, rejected and waitlisted. The entrance test will also be open to students who could not be accommodated in the last rounds. The last date of registration is 01 August, 2023.
Admission Process
- Step1. Eligibility for NSAT, Student needs to have at least 50% secured in 12th class, with PCM subjects
- Step2. NSAT cutoff is usually released post-exam as it’s dependent on the total student’s shown-up ratio, but usually, it would be 40% minimum to further proceed in the admission process
- Step 3 Interview round, as per course structure one needs to attend and crack the final interview
