The PGDM-BM programme, accredited by AMBA (UK) and approved by AICTE, is an 18-month, full-time residential management course aimed at professionals with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience. This dynamic programme has evolved over time, with a new nomenclature and structure designed to meet the demands of the business world. It offers dual specialisations, global exposure through an international immersion module, and practical experience through experiential learning.
Experiential Learning and Global Exposure
A unique aspect of the PGDM-BM programme is the National Immersion Programme in Sustainability Management and the Experiential Learning Module on Leadership Competency Development. These are complemented by a two-week International Immersion Module, providing students with hands-on exposure to global business practices and challenges.
The curriculum spans five terms and includes 21 core courses, 11 electives, and an essential dissertation project. In addition to the academic rigor, students undergo industry-live projects, leadership training, and the Experiential Outbound Leadership Training Programme.
