MDI Gurgaon announces December 2024 MDPs

Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon is pleased to announce its upcoming Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for December 2024. MDI Gurgaon’s MDPs provide an immersive learning experience combining cutting-edge research and real-world application. Crafted for mid-to-senior level executives, these focus on Leadership & Personal Development, Financial and Operational Acumen, and Strategic Decision-Making & Analysis. For December, key programs include:

Leadership & Personal Development:

  • Empowering Women Leaders for Strategic Roles (December 16–18): A comprehensive 3-day program on empowering women to thrive in strategic, high-impact organisational roles
  • Discovering Self & Building Employee Relations for High Productivity (December 18–20) aims to help participants unlock their potential by fostering self-awareness and insight into workplace dynamics. Participants will learn to assess personal strengths and weaknesses, interpret others’ behaviours, and navigate complex workplace environments
  • Managing Competence at Work (December 11–13) program focuses on building cognitive, and managerial competencies while improving personal effectiveness and other skills that drive improved performance, equipping participants to foster individual and team growth within their organisations

Financial and Operational Acumen:

  • Finance for Non-Finance Executives (December 16–20) is tailored for non-finance professionals who need to understand the financial aspects of their roles. It covers fundamental finance principles to make informed financial decisions. Financial understanding is crucial at every stage of the career. The program will provide insights into reading the finance reports at the micro and macro levels.
  • Supply Chain Management (December 16–18) aimed to improve supply chain efficiency and resilience. Participants will gain insights into optimising the supply chain to meet business demands effectively

Strategic Decision-Making & Analysis:

  • Critical Thinking & Decision Analysis (December 16–18) focuses on improving decision-making skills and provides frameworks for critical thinking and decision analysis. Participants will learn to approach problems analytically, evaluate options effectively, and make informed decisions that align with organisational goals
  • Understanding New Labour Codes & Rules (December 09–11) provides an in-depth understanding of the latest labour codes and regulations, guiding participants on compliance and implications for workforce management.
  • SDG Implementation & Strategies with Analytics (December 11–13) equips participants to identify and address data gaps critical to SDG implementation and replication. It covers strategies for overcoming roadblocks during both the implementation and scaling phases, fostering a data-driven approach to bridge these gaps and apply best practices effectively. Thus, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of SDG execution
  • Emerging Technologies and Their Applications (December 19–21) explores the latest technological advancements and their applications across various industries, providing a comprehensive overview for leaders looking to leverage technology to drive innovation in their organisations
