The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar has announced the launch of its inaugural two-year Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programme. This programme is designed to equip working professionals with enhanced leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and the skills needed to navigate dynamic and volatile environments effectively.
The EMBA programme combines the flexibility of a blended-learning format with an intensive curriculum that fosters data-driven decision-making, robust analytical capabilities and the agility to lead through organisational and digital transformation. It places particular emphasis on mastering global uncertainties through innovation, effective communication and conflict resolution, enabling learners to apply these key learnings across industries and strengthen their professional profiles.
