Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management (HITAM), on March 13 announced the launch of International 3+1+1 Integrated Twinning Program offering students the opportunity to study three years at HITAM in India and complete their final two years at a partner international university and graduating with both a B. Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) and a Master’s degree from international university.
The partners universities include Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), the University of Alabama (UAH) in Huntsville, and George Mason University (GMU). This Integrated Twinning program aims to fast-track students’ education and professional journey by creating a seamless academic transition for students aspiring to pursue their higher education abroad.
Graduates of the program from the US will also have the opportunity to gain international work experience through Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States, allowing them to work in their field for up to three years after post-graduation. Furthermore, students can avail scholarships and financial assistance, making international education more accessible and cost-effective compared to traditional master’s programs abroad.
