Excellent Publicity, an AdTech platform, marked its 14th anniversary launching a mentorship program for students aspiring to build careers in advertising and marketing. The program will include interactive workshops, webinars, and hands-on learning modules where students will explore the entire media ecosystem from traditional to digital, outdoor, and experiential formats.
Under the campaign #Forever14AtHeart, the company also celebrated its journey by appointing a 14-year-old CEO for a day. The campaign, announced by Co-founder Vaishal Dalal on LinkedIn, is a symbolic reminder that staying “Forever 14 at heart” means staying bold, curious, and open to change. “At 14, you’re not old, you’re bold. This year, we’re changing not just our colors, but the way we represent ourselves,” said Vaishal Dalal, Co-founder, Excellent Publicity. “We’ve always been driven by innovation, and this transformation into an ad-tech ecosystem reflects our vision to simplify and modernize advertising for everyone.”
In true Nayak style, Excellent Publicity handed over the CEO’s chair to Yug Parikh, a 14-year-old student, who spent the day brainstorming with the company’s leadership team. The young CEO shared insights on how brands can better connect with Gen Z and Alpha audiences highlighting the fresh thinking that comes with youth-driven creativity.
Sharing his experience, Yug Parikh said, “I was very excited, and sitting in the CEO’s chair for a day showed me that great ideas and execution don’t need age — just imagination and courage. At Excellent Publicity, I saw how staying curious keeps you young, no matter how many years you complete.”
“We’ve completed 14 years, but we still think like a startup,” added Vaishal Dalal. “Our goal is not only to innovate with technology but to mentor the next generation of advertising minds who will shape how brands communicate tomorrow.”
