ETS, a leader in education and talent solutions, has announced a significant enhancement to the TOEFL iBTยฎ test registration system, making it faster and easier for candidates worldwide, including in India. As of October 1, 2024, the new system streamlines the process, allowing candidates to register for the TOEFL iBT test in six simple steps, reducing the overall time to under five minutes.
Simplified Registration Process in Six Steps
The revamped registration process includes:
- 1. Create an account (username, email, password)
- 2. Choose 1 or 2 tests
- 3. Select test date(s) and time(s)
- 4. Enter personal information (name, address, phone)
- 5. Add or decline featured test prep
- 6. Review the shopping cart and pay
This improvement eliminates steps like selecting score recipients and additional information gathering during registration, which can now be done after the initial process, creating a smoother experience for test takers.
