How is IITG recalling students to campus?

How many students are currently on campus?
Only the students eligible for registration for the current semester are permitted to return, and students are currently arriving on the campus as per the given schedule.
How are students being recalled? If in batches, how will the recall start and when will all students be back on campus?
The students should fill in their arrival details in the return portal and plan their travel to reach the campus as per the schedule mentioned above.
What COVID readiness is being planned? How is the campus preparing for recall keeping safety protocols in place?
It is recommended that the returning students be fully vaccinated and should produce their vaccination certificates upon arrival. If a student develops any symptom during the stay, he/she should inform the medical section, get tested, and undergo isolation as per the protocol.
Will IITG revert to complete classroom learning post full recall? When do you foresee this happening?
Institute has decided to start offline classes, and the Academic Affairs Section of the institute will issue a separate notice in this regard.
How are students responding to the recall?
The students are enthusiastic about returning to the campus and starting in-person learning.
What are some safety measures that IITG will take in case of any cases detected as students are recalled?
IITG has on-campus testing, isolation, and vaccination facilities. The medical section of the institute follows the standard protocols for Covid-19 care and treatment.
