Chennai-based Kalpataru Educational Trust, in association with Veranda IAS, a Veranda Learning enterprise, has launched the UPSC Mains Stipend & Training Programme 2026 for candidates who have qualified in the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2026.
Under the programme, selected candidates will receive a ₹15,000 stipend to support three months of Mains preparation, along with free coaching, mentorship, and answer-writing guidance from Veranda IAS faculty. The programme focuses on General Studies, Essay and Ethics, with daily answer-writing practice, personalised feedback, and performance tracking to help aspirants strengthen their Mains preparation.
Speaking on the occasion, a spokesperson for Kalpataru Educational Trust said: “Many deserving candidates clear the Prelims but face challenges during the intensive Mains preparation phase. Through this initiative, we aim to provide both financial support and expert guidance, helping aspirants maximise their chances of securing a place in the final rank list.”
