MDI Gurgaon has announced its January 2026 lineup of Management Development Programmes (MDPs), marking the beginning of the year with a strong focus on leadership development, strategy, communication, and future-oriented managerial capabilities.
Speaking on the new year’s programme suite, Prof. Sumita Rai (Dean Industry Connect), MDI Gurgaon stated, “Every MDP programme has been intentionally designed to create an opportunity for self-reflection and foster the ability to put theory into practice. Business leaders need to be nimble, use data-driven decision-making, and possess strong interpersonal skills. We have developed our MDP programmes to teach these critical skills using a holistic approach to learning.”
