FORCES (Forum for Creche and Child Care Services) is pleased to announce the India Childcare Champion Awards 2025, continuing its effort to recognise and honour individuals and organisations whose dedication and hard work support and nurture children, especially through their early childhood days. The Awards aim to bring visibility, dignity, and professional recognition to childcare work, a vital service that is foundational to every child’s development yet often overlooked.
The Awards will be presented on 28 October 2025 at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi, in observance of the UN International Day of Care and Support. The ceremony will celebrate childcare workers, supervisors, community leaders, NGOs, employers, and donors whose contributions strengthen India’s childcare ecosystem, particularly for marginalised and underserved communities.
“Childcare is a vital, yet frequently underappreciated, area of work that forms the foundation of a nation’s future. Through the India Childcare Champion Awards, we continue to highlight the invaluable contributions of caregivers and organisations committed to nurturing the next generation, while encouraging a culture of shared responsibility and recognition,” said Chirashree Ghosh, National Coordinator, FORCES.
