Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) witnessed record participation of over 546 teams, representing 93 schools, at the Bengaluru edition of its flagship annual quiz, TCS InQuizitive. Open to students from classes 8 to 12, the event showcased the intellectual prowess of the city’s youth.
After five intense rounds of quizzing at the regional finals, Vijay Mohan and Deeksha S from Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir emerged as winners. Sujay and Sriram from Sri Kumaran Children’s Academy secured the runner-up position. The event also drew strong outstation participation from Shivamogga, Udupi District, Mysuru, Hosur, Bhadravati, and Goa. The winning team will now represent Bengaluru in the National Finals, competing with champions from 11 other cities from across the country. The prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest, Gopalan Jagadeesh – Senior Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and Sunil Deshpande, Regional Head of TCS Bengaluru.

TCS InQuizitive is an innovative learning initiative that has been inspiring young minds for over two decades. Introduced with the aim to spark curiosity and expand awareness among students from Grades 8 to 12, it covers diverse fields, including information technology, science, sports, engineering and art. The 2025 edition is travelling across 12 cities — Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune, with each city adding a unique chapter to the journey. The competition will culminate in a semi-final and grand finale, where one school will be crowned the TCS InQuizitive National Champions of 2025.
